A guided exchange flow designed to quote, confirm and record an order. Provider connections remain in sandbox.

Submit a request for staff review when a payment route requires manual handling or branch collection.

Rate transparency
How rates and fees work
Displayed rates are indicative. All values in this preview are samples.
Locked at confirmation
When you confirm an exchange, the quoted rate is locked for 15 minutes and stored on the transaction record, so the rate used can always be traced.
Refreshed on a schedule
Published rates are refreshed every 15 minutes during business hours. Each rate row shows its own last-updated time, and rates may move between refreshes.
Fees shown before you pay
Deposits have no Shacab exchange fee. A 0.5% Shacab fee applies only to withdrawals. Provider and network fees remain separate and are shown before confirmation.
Buy and sell spread
Buy and sell prices differ. The spread is set per currency pair by our operations team and is visible on the Rates page.
